How do I receive my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. For Canva templates, we’ll send you the Canva template link via email within 1-2 hours.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No! Our Canva templates work with the free Canva account. Simply click the template link ? click “Use Template” ? start editing.
Can I download my files again if I lose them?
Yes! Log into your account on our site and go to “My Orders” to re-download anytime.
Can I change colors and fonts in the templates?
Absolutely! All our Canva templates are fully editable – change colors, fonts, images, and text to match your brand.
Can I use these templates for client work?
Our standard license covers personal and small business use. For commercial use (creating content for clients), please purchase our Commercial License version.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, QRIS, GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay (via Xendit for IDR payments). International cards accepted via PayPal or Stripe.
Is payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Xendit – a certified and secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, we generally don’t offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
