Our Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a download link or product access has been provided.

Exceptions – When We Do Offer Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product delivered does not match the description
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
  • You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of payment

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at hello@aldinara.co.id with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Screenshots or evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
