Our Refund Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a Canva/Figma link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods, as the product cannot be “returned.”

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • ? The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • ? The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
  • ? You were charged twice for the same order
  • ? The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • ? You changed your mind after downloading
  • ? You do not have the required software (e.g., Canva, Figma)
  • ? The product was purchased by mistake but already downloaded
  • ? Incompatibility with a specific third-party tool not mentioned in the product description

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@aldinara.co.id within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
